IDFC FIRST SWYP Credit Card Review
The IDFC FIRST SWYP is designed for people who prefer EMIs to revolving credit. Each month you either pay in full or convert the bill into EMIs for a flat fee; there is no interest-bearing minimum-due option.
Rewards work on monthly spend milestones rather than a per-transaction rate, so it suits steady spenders who can plan around the tiers.
- Milestone rewards up to 4,000 points (₹1,000) a month
- No revolving interest trap
- Points never expire
- Up to 25% bonus points on hotels booked in the app
- Fee refunded on your first successful referral
- ₹499 annual fee with no spend-based waiver
- Rewards jump in steps; spending just below a tier earns less
- UPI, fuel, education, FASTag and railway excluded from main milestones
- ₹99 + GST per redemption
- Railway lounges need ₹20,000 spend the previous month
